“I am extremely excited to be addressing you today because the unveiling of the ZB innovation hub is a significant milestone in our ongoing digital transformation journey. A journey driven by the passion to make people happy. This transformation process has seen the refreshing of our brand and implementation of a OneDigital ZB in the business of banking, insurance and investments.
“We want to be a leading digital firm grounded on a performance driven culture and sustainability. Our primary focus is on customer centricity. Everything we do is for the benefit of the customer,” Fungura said.
